( the lower radiator hose is attached to the big shroud by a clip, drivers front) once thats out there are 4 15mm bots holding the big shroud on. get that out, then remove bottom 1/2 just pulls up and kinda have to turn it clock wise to avoide the fan.
the rubber is attached to this peice and slids onto the bottom peice, when you start pulling up you will understand. Now take the top front shround peice off. remove thoes 2 bolts, i drain some coolant maybe a qt or 2, removed the intake, removed the upper hose from the radiator only, and the over flow line. there there are 2 small bolts holding it the front top section one. I also added a 24v Sunon cooling fan that’s nice and quiet. YOu can see the small cuts i made on each side. After some digging I found a Neptune 3 fan shroud on Printables and it fit great The cable management isn’t the greatest but they said they’re working on a V3 so hopefully that will be incorporated.
